Step into the warmth and greenery of Webers Greenhouse for a grounding, all-levels yoga practice designed to cultivate presence, ease, and embodied awareness. Led by registered yoga instructor Jade Bell of Salted Earth Yoga, this class weaves intuitive movement, conscious breath, and moments of stillness to support nervous system regulation and a deeper connection to your body and community.
Classes are held every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.
Pre-registration is required, space is limited, and students are encouraged to bring their own mat and any props that support their practice.
